(1) Once payment has been made and the order is placed, it is NOT cancellable. You will receive an email with your order confirmation. In case you do not receive an email, check your “Junk Mail” folder. Additionally, one of our representatives will send you a confirmation message to the mobile phone that was registered when placing the order. (2) In the event that an item of your order is not available at the branch you selected, you will be notified of the day that item would be available for pickup. (3) Orders placed after 5:00 pm will be available for pickup on the 2nd day. (Ex: I placed an order on Thursday 26th at 5:01 PM, the order would be ready for pick up on Saturday 27th and so on).
